STRATUS TACTICAL/FIXED CONTROLLER
Always available and accessible, the Stratus Controller will route calls between multiple Stratus Repeaters. The Controller receives the digital audio and control signals from the VHF/UHF repeaters via the IP link and routes the P25 communications within the network, with all encrypted calls routed transparently. Available as a mobile tactical or fixed site server.

STRATUS STORM APP
The Stratus Storm Mobile app enables interfacing to a LMR P25 network from any smartphone. Each smartphone running a security code authorized instance of the Stratus Storm Mobile app can be configured to act as a P25 subscriber unit.

Stand Alone Base Station and/or Repeater
Stratus is fully operational as a standalone base station and repeater for standard communications requirements. The VHF/UHF/700 – 800 MHz P25 repeater housed within the Pelican case is fully functional as an Analog or P25 Digital base station and repeater without needing to use the cellular and UIC connections. The Stratus has the full operational capacity of competitor transportable repeaters on the market.

Connect Stratus to a P25 DFSI Console
The Stratus repeater can be quickly connected to a P25 DFSI console without any setup required by the user. A Stratus will automatically connect into a Local Area Network over the 3G / 4G LTE connection and establish a link with the P25 DFSI dispatch console. The Sierra Wireless cellular modem within the Stratus connects to the network using Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) over a cellular 3G or 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, through the Internet, back to the Local Area Network (LAN), where a P25 DFSI compliant console resides. The console ties into all radio communications on-scene at the Stratus repeater location, allowing a dispatcher to listen and talk to the tactical team at the remote site, virtually anywhere in the world.

Stratus Network with multiple repeaters and consoles
A Stratus Network that includes a Stratus Fixed Site or Tactical Controller allows for the routing of P25 digital audio, data, analog communications and control signals between multiple Stratus repeaters and DFSI consoles within the network. Through leveraging existing 3G/4G LTE cellular networks and Ethernet connections, a Stratus Network extends the coverage area for communications to virtually anywhere in the world.

Upgrade fixed radio systems to Stratus
Existing Codan MT-4E fixed site installations can be reconfigured and fully integrated into an existing Stratus Network. With the addition of a few control modules, an MT-4E fixed site will no longer require expensive leased lines or satellite connections; through the Stratus 3G/4G LTE connection, the fixed site can communicate directly into any established P25 network. With the addition of a Stratus Console Gateway, fixed endpoint devices, such as VoIP telephony devices, legacy tone remote consoles and other radio systems can communicate on the Stratus Network.
